How are you different from development agencies?

The services we offer are entirely bespoke, but we will always make the most of people’s investment levels and look for opportunities to work together. Do you offer flexible payment terms?
We will always strive to offer our clients a fair payment plan. Our payment schedule will always be clearly outlined within our proposals, which means there won’t be any surprises further down the road.
Do you trade services for equity?
It’s all good having a wonderful and unique idea that fills a gap in the market, but a new start-up will often face difficulties regarding the funds needed to get going in the marketing department. What is the working process you follow?
We establish suitable workflows based on our partners needs.
The working process starts with a short discovery session to establish the short-term goals of your project. It continues with a planning of the sprints – our flexible agile model allows ongoing development, delivery and flexible iterations. This enable us to move fast, and deliver quickly through weekly sprints. Don’t get bogged down with complex roadmaps – move fast, experiment, iterate toward success.
What is the primary form of communication we will follow upon starting the project?
Project Management Asana or emails is the primary form of communications we use. For time-sensitive communications, a Slack channel will be set and used. All correspondence should ideally happen through Asana, where communications will be archived for future reference and all updates will be properly tracked. Slack will be used for real-time sync for complex issues or when there is an outage or major event. An opportunity for weekly calls could be additionally discussed and introduced on request.
Do we need a dedicated project manager in-house?
We will establish roadmaps and manage everything in-house. Braynbox employs professional project managers and team leaders responsible for project planning and management of the ongoing activities related to your business goals.
What is the expected response time in case of emergencies?
The response time can vary according to our workload, the importance/urgency of the issue, the time slot, the resources available at the given moment, compared to the remaining allocated for the period, the priorities and tasks agreed in collaboration with you.
It should be noted that very often the response time is used to utilise not only for an answer/reaction/starting work on an issue (a.k.a. response), but also for resolving such that is reported (a.k.a. resolution). Since there is a significant difference between response and resolution, we’re only able to provide our standard response time here as the resolution of each issue/emergency would and should be treated individually on a case by case scenario.
